Travis has been immersed in the building industry since 1998, when he first learned the craft of framing alongside his father. In 2006, he launched Travis Lawing Builders, a company that continues to thrive today—building high-quality spec homes on his own land. Known for his sharp eye for detail and genuine passion for homebuilding, Travis ensures every project showcases exceptional craftsmanship and lasting quality.
Paul Schoonmaker
Paul brings a wealth of real-world business experience and a true passion for building great companies. With a background in executive sales and entrepreneurship, he’s owned everything from retail storefronts to a CPG manufacturing company—and now co-owns a successful concrete business with Travis.
